Ok – be honest.

You tried #twitter, because some kid in IT told you it was “cool”. You now have 358 people on your Twitter line, and fifty percent of them are screaming WANT MORE FOLLOWERS!!!!!!!

Now what?

This, dear blog pal, is not what #twitter is all about.

#Followers, I mean.

It’s about listening!

What does your customer target say about the latest in the news, or about the weather – and what do they LIKE?

If you pay attention, you can get to know the perpective client before they ever get an offering.

Closing is easier, and besides you meet a lot of very nice people – but you have to L I S T E N.
